“Where do we begin! We can't say enough positive things about Cindy and her business. We were in a situation where it was vital to have a professional trainer intervene considering we were out of solutions. With no hesitation, Cindy agreed to take on our dog and help us learn better communication and create a lifestyle that would work for both him and our family. She has a natural way of communicating with both owners and their pets in a very positive and encouraging manner while remaining professional. Now that we have the tools Cindy has taught us and our dog, we feel much more confident and at east when at one point we thought that wasn't a possibility. “We just wrapped up a 5 session e-collar training course with Rae - couldn't say better things! She had positive energy, and lots of knowledge to impart. But most importantly, I have seen positive behavior change in my 8 month old goldendoodle puppy. She is so smart, and Rae has helped us capture that and use it for good! Can't wait to come back for some additional sessions at VIPK9 in the coming months! I highly recommend if you're interested in e-collar training, that it isn't as scary as it sounds!
